Acquiring a National Police Clearance (NPC) has become a standard requirement for various applications, including job opportunities and applying for an LTOPF with a validity of only 6 months, In this guide, we’ll walk you through the simple steps to obtain your National Police Clearance quickly and efficiently.
The following is a list of Documents we would need.
- Two (2) Valid Government issued ID
- If only one valid ID is available, you can present it together with Certified True Copy of Birth Certificate with original Official Receipt.

- BFP ID

- GSIS UMID
- IBP ID
- LTO Driver’s License
- LTOPF ID
- Marina ID
- OFW ID
- PAG-IBIG ID
- PCG ID
- PNP ID
- PRC License
- PWD ID
- Passport
- Philhealth ID
- Philippine Identification (PhilID)
- Postal ID
- SSS ID/SSS UMID
- School ID with Registration Form
- Senior Citizen’s ID
- TIN ID
- Voter’s ID
- Reference Number
- Official Receipt of payment
It will cost you PHP150 and extra PHP30 if you use Gcash/GrabPay etc.

Edit Profile your Profile
Fill out the form completely and make sure all information is correct and nothing is misspelled and press save.
Then press Clearance Application
Select a Purpose and Police Station and choose an appointment between
AM – 8AM to 12PM
PM – 12PM to 5PM
Press Pay for More Payment Option and choose a payment mode
Once it is paid, wait for a couple of minutes, and your status will change from PENDING to PAID
All that is left is to print your transaction details and bring 2 Valid I.D. to your appointment and have your picture and fingerprint taken then they will now print your police clearance.
